There was no one hotter in the American last week as Robert Greene attacked enemy pitching with a vengeance to collect the Player of the Week Award.
The 29-year-old Seattle center fielder batted .652 with 15 hits in 23 at-bats, 2 home runs and 10 RBIs.

Seattle center fielder Robert Greene really sparkled with the bat today against the Angels. He led the Mariners to a 25-1 win over Anaheim by going 5-for-6.
R. Greene hit a two-run single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, walked in the 7th, singled in the 8th and hit a GRAND SLAM off E. Escalona in the 9th.
Greene is hitting .441 so far this season with 11 RBIs and 14 runs scored. He has 30 hits including 1 home run, 11 walks and .519 OBP.
