Sunday, May 2nd, 2027: Salinas 5-5 Against Kansas City
What a day for Alex Salinas of the Minnesota Twins! A 5-hit hitting spree! That doesn't happen every day! He ripped Kansas City pitching apart at Metrodome and sparked the Twins to a 29-2 victory. He wrote his name in the record books, finishing his special day 5 for 5.

"I'm usually a first ball hitter," Salinas told BNN reporters in the postgame press conference. "I think pitchers think batters are going to let the first one go by. I never do. I've always found that it's better to pull the trigger early in the count. Pitchers get real nasty when they get ahead of you, so I try to avoid that."

A. Salinas walked in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, walked in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, walked in the 8th and hit a three-run home run off E. Depriest in the 9th.

Batting .299 to date, Salinas has 5 home runs and 29 RBIs.
Saturday, May 1st, 2027: Star RF Signs Pact with Twins
Media analysts hailed Minnesota's signing of Richard Ang, one of Action Packed Baseball League's brightest stars, as a pivotal move.

While the deal is certain to raise a few eyebrows, Ang is expected to earn every bit of the $25,000,000 promised him over 4 years.

Ang is currently hitting at a .217 pace with 3 home runs and 13 RBIs.
Saturday, May 1st, 2027: Lehmann AL's #1 Pitcher in April
When Gale Lehmann took the hill in April, he was in charge. The Minnesota starter never let the American batters get a foothold against him. For his peerless performance, he came away with an impressive 5-0 record and the Pitcher of the Month award.

The talented Twins hurler made 5 starts, worked 31.2 innings, permitted 30 base hits, and struck out 26 while putting up a 3.41 ERA.
